The resort has been designed with sustainability in mind and will be constructed with environmentally friendly materials. Once completed, it will include pools, tennis and paddle courts, facilities for yoga and fitness, a sauna and a heated indoor pool. There will also be a community and entertainment centre available to all residents. The large garden areas are landscaped with native plants, flowers and trees, and will surround the apartments blocks.

To promote a ‘greener’ environment within the resort, the parking areas are situated underground, with e-parking spaces available, each with a charging point, as well as a parking and maintenance area for bicycles. This 30.000m2 closed resort, also offers a high level of security, with 24hr video surveillance on the perimeter.

The complex offers apartments on one or two floors, and penthouse apartments with private solarium. The properties present an open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen, with access to a spacious terrace or garden, and are available with 3, or 4 bedrooms. The master bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom. Depending on the orientation of the apartment, some apartments enjoy magnificent views of the Mediterranean, while others the mountainous landscape of the Sierra Helada Natural Park.
